I had a very successful taster day of reflexology treatments at the Land Registry, in June, and I  returned to their office each month since then to provide members of staff with half hour stress-buster reflexology treatments, which I know they enjoy.      I look forward to returning to the Land Registry on a monthly basis.

I am also providing reflexology treatments to staff at the Ministry of Justce, Petty France, London.  There have been 2 visits to the office so far and there a  couple more planned for October and November.

I visited the Worcester Park group of the CSRF (Civil Service Retirement Fellowship) in July, to give a talk on reflexology.  The Worcester Park are a small group and very interested in reflexology, I went through the history, how it works, how it helps the body to heal itself and did a demonstration on a willing volunteer.   The group were enthusiastic, interested in the subject and made me very welcome.

Took part in the Health & Wellbeing Day at HMP High Down today.   Three therapists from the SCHN, including myself gave treatments including reflexology, massage, Reiki.   Other professionals, ie a dentist and optician were available to provide advice and give free check-ups too.  It was a good turn out by the staff and a very enjoyable day.

I am now working out of my clinic in Sutton on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday afternoons.  The clinic is based at 51 West Street, Sutton SM1 1SJ.

An initial reflexology appointments usually last one and half hours, this includes a full consultation and follow up appointments are for one hour. Or you could try a taster appointment to see how relaxed you after just half an hour of reflexology.

I took part, with other members of the Sutton Complementary Health Network,  in the Sutton Chamber – Ladies Pamper Day.  This was Pre Christmas Pampering for Women in Business and was in association with Time & Leisure and sponsored by NatWest, Smarter Travel Sutton and the Holiday Inn.

Lynne works for Carers Support Merton, which is part of the Princess Royal Trust for Carers.  She provides reflexology treatments for unpaid Carers within the London Borough of Merton.
